Nevada Division Name Change
Sacramento, CA – March 27, 2014 – After 28 years in Reno, Communications Installation Services, Inc. (CIS) was acquired by Valley Communications, Inc. on May 1, 2013. Now, almost a year after the acquisition, Communications Installation Services, Inc. is changing its name to Valley Communications, Inc. Along with the name change comes an expanded list of services including Structured Cabling, Security Management Systems, IT Managed Services, Audio/Visual Systems and Fire Detection Systems. Communications Installation Services, Inc.’s former owner, Phil Holland, continues to manage the Nevada division of Valley Communications, Inc. as General Manager.
“We are already recognizing the successes of our expanded services” explains Phil Holland. “We have taken on multiple new projects focusing on our new services.”
